J2 provided design and construction services to renovate the
interior of 2nd Floor Operating Room/Post Anesthesia Care Unit at
James A. Haley VA Hospital, Tampa. Work included interior
demolition, asbestos abatement and construction of surgery recovery
area. Renovation included new recovery area configuration
build out and interior finishes, complete chilled water HVAC system
installation and DDC controls, structural support improvements,
major electrical upgrades, fire protection, water supply, medical
gas systems, low voltage communications, and nurse station.
