J2 has partnered with the Federal Government since its inception
in 2001 to provide construction management services throughout the
U.S., including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the
Bahamas. J2 is a licenced General Buiding Contractor, with
expertise in the areas of new construction, renovation,
demolition, tank installation and repair, and multi-discipline

Sustainment, Restoration, and
Modernization (SR&M) Acquisition Task Order Contract
(SATOC), U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency
(AFCESA), Tyndall AFB, Florida
Contract Ceiling: $4 Billion over 10 years
The SATOC program consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and
equipment on projects to maintain, repair, and modernize existing
military facilities. Scopes of work and services under this
contract include SR&M, facility renovations, infrastructure
repairs and construction, demolition, traditional construction,
engineering services, fuels, and maintenance. Under this contract,
J2 provides construction services at Department of
Defense installations worldwide, including remote and austere
locations.

Technical Engineering Spacelift
Services (TESS), 45th Space Wing (CONS/LGCA), Patrick AFB,
Florida
Contract Ceiling: $31 Million over 5 years
The TESS task order contract consists of providng such
services as project management, engineering programming,
engineering studies, engineering design and review, computer based
modeling and three dimensional imaging, environmental compliance
support, subcontracting, testing, inspection, documentation, cost
control, scheduling, cost estimating, life-cycle cost analysis,
economic analysis, computer systems support, energy management, and
business plan development and analysis. The contract also includes
necessary subcontract construction activities as required. These
services support a continuous need to repair, modify, and
construct critical launch facilities, launch support facilities,
utilities (electric, water, wastewater, etc.), and ground systems
to meet both continuing and changing mission needs.

Quantity (IDIQ) Design-Build and Construction Contract for General
Building Type Projects in the Northern Florida and Southern Georgia
Areas, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast
Contract Ceiling: $60 Million over 5 years
J2 was awarded this IDIQ contract to provide construction
services for the Northern Florida and Southern Georgia area for
general building type projects (new construction and renovations).
Projects include aviation and aircraft facilities, marine
facilities, barracks and personnel housing facilities,
administrative facilities, warehouses and supply facilities,
abatement and handling of hazardous regulated materials (including
and not limited to asbestos, lead paint, mold remediation, and
PCB's). Projects (task orders) issued under this contract may
require either single discipline or multi-discipline design
services or may include 100% construction performance
specifications, and may also require comprehensive interior design
and incorporation of sustainable features.

(MACC) for South Carolina and Georgia, Naval Facilities
Engineering Command Southeast
Contract Ceiling: $100 Million over 5 years
J2 was awarded this contract to provide construction projects
that will primarily consist of general building type projects, (new
construction, renovations, alterations, demolition, repair work and
any necessary design) including industrial, airfield, aircraft
hangar, aircraft traffic control, infrastructure, administrative,
training, dormitory and community support facilities for Department
of Defense activities in the States of South Carolina and Georgia
managed by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast.

J2 was awarded an IDIQ contract to provide design-build
construction services for standard construction, performance-based
construction for general construction, marine construction,
demolition, and historical restoration construction repairs, and
alterations in the U.S. and its territories.

IDIQ for the Southern Region of the U.S., Child,
Youth and Community Centers (CYC), Multiple Award Task Order
Contract (MATOC), U.S. Army Engineering & Support Center,
Huntsville, AL
Contract Ceiling: $147 Million over 5 years
J2 was awarded an IDIQ MATOC to provide design-build services
throughout the Southern U.S. To date, J2 has designed and
constructed four child development and youth centers in Fort Sam
Houston, TX, Fort Polk, LA, Fort Knox, KY, and Hunter Army
Airfield, Savannah, GA. Centers range from small to large sized,
and provide teaching and activity facilities for children from ages
0 - 18. All facilites are LEED Silver certified.
